Mr. Syed Shafqat Ali Shah is a distinguished businessperson having a vast experience in diverse fields, holds a dual M.A qualification in Foreign Affairs and Political Sciences from the University of Virginia and also earned hisPh.D in 1977 from the University of Virginia. His dissertation paper was entitled “The Political and Strategic Foundation of International Arms Transfers”.
He has also attended senior management seminars, conferences and represented Pakistan at various International events.
